Universal's newest ride, Skull Island: Reign of Kong, is a great 3D motion ride, with a cool new vehcile idea: an expedition truck. The ride also features scary and creepy elements in the ride and queue. But is the ride too scary for the little ones? Here's how you can find out:

1. Have they been to HHN? Were they able to handle that? If YES: They're good to go!
If NO: Go to 2

2. Have they seen the King Kong movies? Were they able to handle that? If YES: They're good to go!
If NO: Go to 3

3. Have YOU ridden the ride? Do YOU think it's appropriate? If YES: They're good to go!
If NO: Ride the ride yourself, and govern if they're able to handle the ride or not.

Hope this is helpful for any moms and/or dads thinking about it!

My 4 yr old son loved Reign of Kong as did my 7 yr old daughter. No way would I take them to HHN.

Well that depends on the child really. If your child is not a fan of dark places and creepy things than no they won't like. I am easily spooked and I was okay but I am a grownup. Also I was slightly indimidated by the idea of the scareactor. I wen early and no scaractor so I was fine.

If your child is okay with dark spaces and creepy things than they should be fine on Kong. And I do would never take a child to HHN or myself for that matter. Nope.
