I just got some skittles (clear) when I went up to a craft warehouse for my birthday. How did any of you color them and if you tried something what was successful?

I use the Tim Holtz alcohol inks from Ranger. Just a few drops in a plastic baggie, shake it up, and then let them dry on a paper towel.

I bought the inks, I haven't tried yet.

I did use a red & black sharpie on some of them for the 8x8 ABC swap. Just turn them over, color and let dry. It took maybe five minutes for them to dry.

I second the sharpies... I've done them in lots of colors..just make sure they are the permanent ones.. DD wanted to try washable markers to see...we'll she has a nice smeared page! :)

The mini glue dots work best. Liquid glue/glitter glue releases after it dries. Not a pretty scene. You make your own dots, so you can custom size them. :thumbsup2

i so want to try the ranger ink on mine. but i'm looking for the black and can never find it.
the glue dots did work out great for me.
