Skipping Your Traditional "Must Do" Restaurant?

We tried LeCellier this last trip and DH loved the Filet Minion. So good he wants to go back. I would go back too but if I can find him a BETTER steak he's want to keep coming back for more.

We skipped Boma this past trip, and while we missed it, we were very happy to try something new. As long as you know you're going back, it's tolerable!
