First timers to Universal 3/21 - 3/23 and staying on-site with FOTL! Yea! I've read posts that mention missing out on interesting/informative pre-shows when using FOTL. Do the regulars suggest going through the "normal" line for the very first time riding or are there suggestions as to which pre-shows can be skipped without losing the jist of the ride. Thanks.

on spider man if u go to ioa they have a movie playing that tells u what the problem is in the city but for things like men in black and bttf u don't need to worry about missing a pre-show
also on the mummy they have an interesting queue but its not like in hollywood where they tell u about the curse before the ride

If you go on Dueling Dragons, walk through the castle at least once before you to the express entrance.

Or you could walk thru the queue until you hit a crowd, then turn around and go back. This would be good for a ride like Dr. Doom.

yea btu dr. doom doesn't have that great of a queue except for the video i have to say it is hilarious when they hit that guys heasd against the headrest
hahahahahahahahaha

Can you go through the queues just to take a look but not get on the ride? For example I want to see the queue for Dr Doom, Duelling dragons, Hulk, etc. but I don't want to get on them.

Yes, all of these rides have a "chicken exit".
I think Dueling Dragons is one you must see.

Oh, great, so everyone's going to think I'm chickening out :o

no we will think your whimping out
if u dont want to feel like people think u are chicken just say something like i have to go get the rest of my family or whoever your with
thats what my friend does
i always laugh at him
hahahahahahahahahahah.........oh sorry i dont mean that i would be laughing at u...hahaha...wait...haha.....ok im better:teeth:

Yeah, I probably will say something like that, or look at my watch and act like I have to be someplace else :teeth:
