I just purchased pocket albums to do my itinerary!! Great minds think alike I bet it feels good to get something done for the trip now that school has started. OH.. and btw.. WOW has Levi grown tall!!!

Levi is totally leaving Lexi in the height.
He was 2" shorter than me in July, now he is 1" shorter. He'll probably be my height by the time we get to Disney!

Yes, you definitely have to check out Sum of All Thrills over at Innoventions. We did it for this first time back in May and loved it. Though of course I can't remember which side of Innoventions it's in! Sorry!

I found out in May that we are missing several special events the week we will be gone to Disney. I had considered changing our dates by a week. But, when I looked at the Dining Reservations site in May, all restaurants we wanted were booked. That is the bad thing when you have to book and plan for a Disney trip so far in advanced. It made me not as excited for my trip for a while.

I’m now over it & re-excited for our trip!!!




Our Travel Day or what I call Day 0 will start on Friday, Sept 21st.

We have always traveled down to Florida the day before.
L&L were in elementary school and we would get them an early dismissal after attendance was taken in the morning.
Now they are in Middle school and attendance is taken for each class, so I will not be able to get them out early on Friday since they will already be missing 5 days the next week.
School ends at 3:15, but I think I will pick them up at 3:00 and we will be on our way to Disney!!!!
It’s a 8 ½ hour drive with no traffic problems.
We should arrive at our hotel outside of Disney around 11:30 or 12:00 evening.
Brad has booked us a hotel for that night. I don’t remember the name, but I’ll come back and add that later once I remember to ask him.
On our way down, hopefully Lexi & Levi will get most of their homework completed that they will be missing the following week.




Purchases that I would like to make this trip:

Antenna toppers were on the top of my list.

A sweet Diser sent me a couple for our last trip,

I have Disney Christmas toppers and I wanted to add these to our collection

They made it easier to spot my car in a parking lot and I just loved looking at my little Mickey heads. But, we just purchased a new vehicle that does not have an antenna. The salesman thought I was crazy when I said I was going to miss having an antenna for my Mickey topper.


This Christmas I’m going to miss my Mickey reindeer topper that matches my deer antlers!

Brad is the only coffee drinker in the house. We bought this Mickey mug on our last trip & he uses it all of the time. I want to buy another one to go with it.

Lexi wants more of these Disney babies. This pic was taken in our CBR room last trip. Lexi has too many stuffed animals and I just purged a ton of stuffed animals from her room last week. I tried to talk her out of spending her money on more of these, but she’s not listening.

I bought this photo album on our last trip & I want a 2012.
