When did the menu get so small? I was really looking forward to the steak salad they had and the noddle salad.

The steak salad is my favorite meal at Disney! Sadly, it has not been back since they reopened. I keep hoping they add it back, but there are several things I still love on the menu. We will still eat here twice on our trip and all of kids love it. A family favorite!

I don't know specifically, but the pandemic caused a lot of menus to be slimmed down. Hopefully that will change as things open up more and more.

I think it shrunk when the parks reopened. While smaller, we thought the food was still really good.
And our waiter was awesome! Lots of really bad jokes. Loved it!

Most restaurants saw smaller menus with reopening. I will say that the items they still have are amazing, probably even better than before the shutdown, and they added the secret menu items as daily specials.

All of the restaurants still have limited menus ever since the start of the pandemic. It did make it tough to plan meals on our most recent trip between food allergies and sensory eaters. Hopefully, they'll start to expand again soon.

Part of why the menus have been scaled back everywhere is due to distancing requirements in the kitchens. Maybe now that it’s down to 3 ft it’ll be better.

It's also been about food supply. Some things are not available or are available at such an increased price there is no way it would have been profitable to bring them back.

Honestly I hope they keep them like this. I HATE the insider/outsider connotation to "secret" menus. There is enough insider/outsider that happens in this world. I don't think we need restaurants adding to the problem.
