Skippers Canteen Same Day Reservations?

I know you can only make same day reservations, so my question is can concierge at a Disney resort do this for you day of? I'm just wondering how it would work if we want to dine there for dinner, but don't plan on getting to the park until later on in the day.

You can do it through the mde app on your phone. We were on the bus on the way to mk when I booked mine for about an hour later.

They will book your reservation at the resort, but you can definitely try using the MDE app. I think the reservations go live every day at 6am. I had really good luck when I was there in March. You might not even need a reservation, the place was not full at all. Have fun and enjoy.
