I was at the Party for Senses last night - Disney Chefs from Around the World. They had the Executive Chef and Chefs de Cuisine from the Skipper Canteen there and they debuted the 1st food for people to taste ... a Vietnamese Tofu Pho bowl. It was pretty good and had a nice spiciness to it.
Sounds like they will serve alcohol for dinner (similar to BOG) as I talked with Victoria Thomson who will be their SOMMELIER ... at least why else have a sommelier?
Take it with a grain of salt, but she was saying the target for opening is December.
