Disney Food Blog is guessing that it will be like BOG - table service for dinner and counter service for lunch.

Based on the plans there doesn't appear to be any of the facilities you would need to a traditional quick server so it's either going to be full table service or a hybrid like Be Our Guest.

I think they're happy with the way BOG is working and is going to be the model going forward. I'd be shocked if this didn't follow the same pattern of TS only at dinner.

A glass of wine with dinner doesn't compare to bar seating. They made a nice attempt at trader sams--- not really even close though. Disney is going to want to move people through skippers--- not allow them to linger and drink a few....
