I make my ADR's next week and I am getting conflicting info about Skipper Canteen. Can I get an ADR for Skipper Canteen or is it day of reservations.

Yes, you can get an ADR.

They may still do day of, but I wouldn't count on it. It is definitely available online ahead to time. The same day thing was a trial when the restaurant first opened. It didn't work, so they went the traditional route.

I have a Skipper Canteen ADR for the first week of July.

I visited Skipper's Canteen in April of 2016. No reservations and the wait was not very long. Do not know if that has changed. The décor and atmosphere are pretty neat, but was not impressed with menu choices or food. Food was or appeared to be on the spicy side for my tastes. Not sure I would go back.

If you know you want to go, make the ADR. You can always cancel if you change your mind at least 24 hours beforehand. I have a reservation for August there and the food was fantastic.
