Has anyone tried this program yet? I saw the infomerical and decided to try it. I have lost 8.5 lbs. in 11 days. (5 the first week). :cheer2:

Basically, you follow the meal plan they give you (you can change things all meals and snacks there is a wide variety of options), eating 3 meals a day and 2 snacks. I've really enjoyed this program. the planning and shopping takes some time but the rest of the week is easy. You eat leaner for 2 days and on day 3 you get to eat a bit differently and have 1 treat if you'd like.

So far, I am loving it.

Interesting. I did see the informercial myself and wondered about it. I think it seems like one of those "shake up your metabolism" type programs. Weight Watchers has an "unofficial" plan like that (the Wendie's plan) that seems to do something similar.... you change up your calories every few days so your body burns more efficiently.

What kinds of foods/meals are you eating with this plan?...............P

pjlla,
I am eating regular foods, easy to fix with the option to get a little more fancy. :)

You have a meal plan and chose from those preplanned meals for each meal (3 + 2 snacks). I plan mine for the week and head to the store. I print out my menu and then just follow that all week. The thought that goes into it was done on planning day.

I'm eating things like yogurt, granola bars, lean pockets, snadwiches, soup, salad, and the dinner recipes have been delicious--every one so far. They take about 30 mins. to fix. I've had chicken, beef, pork. I've had rice, potatoes, noodles. Veggies and fruit.

It has all been simple and tasty. My biggest deal with it is the sitting down and planning (picking out what meal to have). I feel better, sleep better, and my clothes are looser already.
I'm planning on doing the WDW 1/2 marathon in January. It'll be hard at my weight right now (considering I am back to being a couch potato since 2007's). I think I'll feel better and it'll be nice to have less weight to haul around if I can stick this out.

OTOH, I'd never heard of the Wendy's deal in WW. That's interesting. Obviously there is something to switching it up...
