Skin Tag remover

I went to the doctor once to have some removed and he took out a pair of manicure scissors and just cut them off. His limit was 12 per visit and yes there was even a sign in the office!!!! After that I just cut them off myself. Once I got over the queasy factor, it doesn't hurt at all.

I had one removed once and the doctor actually told me I should just do it myself. Pull it away from the skin with a tweezers and nip with a clean manicure scissors. Dissinfect your skin and the scissors before and after, obviously. Hope this helps.
This and this.

I've only ever had one in my life and went to the dermatologist to get it removed. He numbed me up and then cut it off. He said most people just cut them off but there's no way I could've done that myself. :lmao:BUT, if you're brave, do it yourself!

I go to my dermatologist once per year for a check up. At that time he cuts them all off. Numbs the area first, cuts, then puts some blood clotting agent.

Doesn't hurt bad. Worth it.

Thanks for all the suggestions!
But the string ones and cutting off ones were making me queasy just reading them!!

I may try the compound w, the duct tape, and the nail polish ones though!

I just hate it when necklaces or bra straps rub against them, it is nauseating!

They do usually fall off eventually, but they gross me out (and my kids!)

The one I was originally bothered by fell off after I posted, haha!

Retin A (tretenoin) cream works on them. apply for a couple of days.they turn black and fall off.no pain

It did take me 3 months to finally cut one off and after that, I couldn't believe I was scared to do it. I tried the compound, but putting something like that on my neck in 10 different places several times a day was not realistic. And leaving duc tape on my neck for a week. Nail polish didn't work for me either.

I didn't know that! My son's derm gave him Retin A for acne. I may have to try this if the skin tags come back.
