I wonder if anyone can recommend a skin cream for my youngest DD, she has skin that takes an absolute age to recover :confused3 , she fell over at school just over 2 weeks ago and had a really nasty graze on her wrist, it scabbed and she was good didn't pick it, but now it's purple and look's awful, I don't know if this has anything to do with her being really really slim?

I use Liz Earle creams.....I'm not sure how good they are for children but i'd recommend them. They are expensive but last ages.

Hi Karen:flower3:
Yes! I think so too.
I have one DD with gorgeous skin tone (tanned if I let her) and heals really well and really quickly.
My youngest DD is pale, red haired and very slim. She is forever falling and grazing and bruising herself.
When she was around 18months old (18m ago) she pulled a really heavy radiator cover off the wall and it just caught her foot, it wasn't broken but badly bruised and to this day she still has a faint mark on her foot that I noticed still today.
I can highly recommend Nelson's Arnica cream - I started using it about a year ago on both my DD's and it really helps especially with bruises - get it on very quickly and it's even better.
You can get it from the homeopathic section in Boots.

Thanks Joanne :flower3: , I think I'll make a trip to Boots tomorrow, she is a pale slim little thing, and her legs always look a mess what with scrapes and bruises :rolleyes1 and like you my eldest DD has beautiful olive skin....;)
