We are afraid there is another delay in the skin care survey.
We apologize for this inconvenience. Timeliness and treating our panelists respectfully are crucial parts of our value system which is why we deeply regret that you have had to wait so long to participate in our survey.
Unfortunately, our suppliers have continued to encounter a variety of technical difficulties.
However, the survey is still on. The terms remain the same and the compensation is still $50. You should receive your packet in 2-3 weeks. If there is another delay, we will notify you immediately.
