Sketchers settlement checks!

I submitted a claim without a receipt or photos (I think I only still had one pair of the shoes at the time and don't recall seeing where they asked for a photo) and I got my check a few days ago.

I got mine several years ago - is this something different?

Is there a new class action suit? There was one several years ago that was settled?

Same here...I submitted my claim online and was never asked for receipts or photos. I could've sent a photo of our 4 pair if asked. I received my check on Monday.

Update: I got my check for $137.71. I was pretty sure I put in for 4 pairs of shoes, but I am wondering and recalling that there were different pairs to choose from (types) so maybe I did 3 pairs for one type and 1 pair for a different?

I submitted for 2 pairs with receipt and photo but only got a check for $34.43 which seems to be the 'pay-out' for 1 pair.

Either way, I'm glad to get something since we don't care for the shoes and never wear them. I had bought a pair for myself and a pair for my dd and we both think they hurt our backs.

$70.58 for two pairs! Didn't have to show my receipts either. One pair were metabolizers and another were the running shape ups. I use real running shoes now and never felt so free. Shape ups were HEAVY.

Has anyone gotten their check in the last couple of days? I got an email 2 days ago saying they sent a check on the 12th, but I haven't received it. Wondering if maybe it was stolen from the mail since most people got their checks on the 16/17/18th

Submitted mine, got an email that my check had been mailed....I had moved 10 days before I got the email. I had my mail forwarded from my previous address but no check at my new address yet and I can't find anywhere to submit my new address. Still waiting to see if it arrive.....

Claimed the highest you could without having to submitt receipts. I had more but didn't think I would get much or anything back so I didn't bother. I ended up getting $175 Going towards me WDW trip in Sept.
