Size of Tent Pad

Hello

Does anyone know the average usable size of the Tent pad area, We will need to pitch 2 tents with one of them being 10' x 14' (i think)

we have one of the Partial sites booked.

No problem, Mfisc. It was fun.

Again, have the size of your tents noted on your reservation and the Fort assigners will make sure you fit someplace. Generally speaking, the 2000 loop sites are bigger and a little more uniform/average. Here is a pic I took this March that I would say is representative.

Dear Mfisc: I saw on another thread that you will be tenting it in June. I hope you have time to do a report about your experience. That is almost the exact time period I am hoping to go next year!

I have found lots of info in this forum by doing a search for tent! It's lots of reading- but I am obsessed! I love seeing pictures of everyone's camps!

Hohhot noo.. As you can tell by my post count I don't post often... Usually my train of thought does not translate well on a board.... But I will try and post a basic trip report. Now to search how to add photos.
