Sixt car rental at MCO?

Has anyone rented a car recently from Sixt at MCO? We are considering it since we’re landing in Terminal C. I found a price that’s not bad but then I read some frightening reviews online. Anyone have personal experience? Thanks!

I've rented from them in the past, but it's been a number of years (when they were offsite via shuttle), but I had no problems with them at all at that time.

Sixt has a very large following in Europe, which is why they were the first to open at Terminal C. I would have no problems renting from them. Reviews online are always going to be skewed against rental companies. The time period between transaction and ability to review is usually enough that many fine or good experiences aren't recalled to be reviewed. If you look at any of the rental car companies, none have very good reviews.

I usually take reviews with a grain of salt, but these are really awful. Review after review stating that they were blamed and charged for preexisting damage on a car. And many attempts to contact someone who would listen. I’ve been dealing with an airline that has nonexistent customer service so I can relate to that part.
