I am still debating whether I should revisit Six Flags Great Adventure and Hurricane Harbor in NJ, or Make a visit to Busch Gardens and Water Country USA. We are huge thrill seekers and Six Flags wins, but also we are huge water park fans as well and even though Six Flags HH in NJ is ok, Water Country looks much better. How are the thrills in Busch Gardens VA? I don't really care that much about how many coasters there are but I care about the thrill level, are there more intense coasters at BGW then SFGA, like how would you compare the coasters at each park?

Here are the ones I see are the best comparison? Please decide the winner if you have been to both:

BATMAN vs Alpengeist

Runaway Mine Train vs Verboten

SUPERMAN vs Loch Ness Monster

Nitro vs Apollo's Chariot

Bizarro vs Griffon

Log Flume vs Le Scoot

Congo Rapids vs Roman Rapids

Zumanjaro Drop of Doom vs Mach Tower

So please tell me the winner of these, and also tell me which water park is better if you have been to both, I really need honest opinions, I am not only a thrill person we also love water rides like Log Flume and Rapids and other rides, but please tell me which is the best?

Batman is smaller than Alpengeist but Barman is a much more thrilling coaster due to the intensity and how forceful it is. Normally with inverted coasters I have no problem going for multiple rides but can rarely ride Batman more than twice in a row without taking a break.

I haven't ridden Verbolten yet but Runaway Mine Train is not thrilling and is really a family coaster. From what I have seen Verbolten is also a family ride but looks like it has a bigger drop.

I'm not a fan of Superman. The pretzel loop is very forceful but the rest of the ride doesn't do much and I hate sitting on the brake run with you head tilted down while waiting for the other train to leave the station. Loch Ness Monster has a bigger drop and I think its more fun than Superman.

Bizarro has a longer track than Griffon and Bizarro has 7 inversions vs 2 for Griffon but Griffon has the vertical drop. Both are about the same imtensity but I'd give the edge to Bizarro.

Nitro and Apollo's Chariot are very similar. Nitro is slightly taller and has a slightly longer track but both are excellent rides. I think they are both equal.

Sawmill Log Flume has 3 drops and moves very fast. You don't get that wet unless you get hit with a water cannon at the end of the ride though. Le Scoot is good but is shorter.

Congo Rapids isn't that good. It moves slow for a lot of the ride and you barely get wet. With Roman Rapids you will get soaked.

I haven't ridden Mach Tower yet but I can't imagine Zumanjaro not being more thrilling when it opens since it will be the tallest drop tower in the world.

Plus you have El Toro and Kingda Ka at Great Adventure. Kingda Ka is probably the most thrilling coaster I have ridden. Its a rush to go from 0 to 128 mph in 3.5 seconds and the 456 foot tower is awesome. There is also Green Lantern, which is also very intense and kind of different since it's a stand up coaster. The only problem with Green Lantern is that the forces really can make your legs sore until you get used to it.

I can't comment on the water parks as I haven't been to either.

If you decide to go to Great Adventure, Zumanjaro isn't supposed to open until Memorial Day and its likely Kingda Ka won't be open at the beginning of the season either.
