we are in congress park with partial DTD and water view, all other views seem to be landscapeing and construction. pools are heated and it is not needed as it is 92 degrees right now.disney-super-mom said:Thanks for the offer to answer some questions.![]()
Besides the DTD view from the Congress Park section, what section has the next best views (in your opinion), and what is the view of?
Have you tried the pool/pools? How is the pool temp?
Hope you have a wonderful time? We'll be there in January, staying at SSR!![]()

Just want to know where are you staying?-we can't make up our mind where to request our one bdrm in Dec.
Have a great day and thanks for thinking of us stuck in cold up north!!
this room is good, the couch cushions could stand to be replaced with stronger foam but thats the only thing. hung around the quiet pool a little, its nice.canwegosoon said:How do the rooms look, are they still holding up good in the Congress park section? Have you gone swimming in the quiet pool?
no, yes and no because it has a very limited menu. in fact the only problem here is the food situation. they really botched that.Desnik said:I'm jealous too!! Wish I was there right now! Only a few weeks!!
Questions:
Is the resort busy?
Was your room ready at check in?
Have you eaten at the Turf club yet?

seriosuly, SSR is our home resort and we are happy to own there, but realistically, we're relatively young and active and it's a trek...so close, but yet so far...![]()
