It's begun This is the roll call thread for the Star Wars happenings (Disney pick a name please) at DHS during Winter and Spring 2016. So far the only true event is the Symphony in the Stars (SithS for short) Dessert Party. If more things are added, then I will update this first post. Here's the link to the current event.

Dessert parties usually start about an hour to an hour and a half before the fireworks. So, if the fireworks start at 9:45pm, the dessert party will start at 8:30m. Parties are available for booking through the end of July now.

What nights is this happening and what time would this take place? The reason I ask is because won't the fireworks they are doing for the star wars event run into the fireworks for fantasmic? Just curious because I would love to see this. I'm going from the 1st to the 12th. Any information would be helpful. BTW I thought this is the thing they were talking about earlier in the year only happening on weekends.

it's happening every night starting January 5th and ending March 19th. most nights fireworks will be at 8pm, the event starts at 7pm until 8:15 pm.

Thank you for the information. My quick question is, lets say I didn't wish to do, the desert party thing and just watch the fireworks, not to sound vain or anything, couldn't I just watch from an area in the park and hear the music and see the fireworks? Thanks again.
