I'm not sure what this site really is- ch131.com. New shows are posted the night they air. There are tons of shows this site keeps up with. I know it is Canadian tv as once in awhile I'll catch a bit of the news after the program ends

They have the new episode of Bones posted already even though it won't air in the U.S. until Thursday night. Off to watch it!

I use Sopcast for European sports I either can't get or want to watch live at work instead of on the DVR later. It is P2P TV not a website though.

There is also TV.com but unbox as a PP stated is great. If you are interested in watching web content on your TV and don't want to set up a media server yourself (which is fun and functional but not easy necessarily) I would consider a Roku player or TiVo HD. If you are a little more computer savvy check out Boxee.
