Hey everyone! One week today I am going on a site visit w/ my mom. We already know our locations are SBP & Ariel's, but my mom is designing all our centerpieces and wanted to get a better "feel" for the room. Seemed like a good reason to hang out at Disney for a few days to me!

However, DF and I are going back and forth as to where to have our dessert party (ok, it's basically me ;) ) Does anyone know how many locations you can view during your site visit?

Thanks so much :)

I don't think there is a min as to how many you can view on your site visit per say...but each of the areas have very strict size restrictions (ie for France upper you need a min of 50 people, Italy isola you need a min of 100) so I think that may help narrow down your selections. talk to your planner and see which sites work for your party size and go from there....oh and have fun! :goodvibes

Just make sure you talk to your planner ahead of time about how many places you want to see. We had let our planner know that we wanted to see 3 locations (Living Seas, Ariel's and California Grill). When we got there, we were told that there was only time to see two locations, even though no one had told us that ahead of time. I'm sure as long as whoever is taking you around has the time, it won't be a problem, though. Good luck and have fun! :)

I think you have close to 2 hours to meet for a site inspection so you need to narrow down your choices. Since Disney is so big, it takes a while to drive to the different locations. If they are all near each other, then you will see more...if they are far apart, you will see less. We focused on the areas that we were not able to see on our own.

We looked at the sites you couldn't get to on your own. ie.- VIP room at Living Seas.

When we told Kristi we were looking at possibly having our ceremony inside Epcot, she suggested we walk around and look at the different locations ourselves. The same went for the dessert party locations and then if we had any questions, we could call and ask her. It worked out for us and I didn't feel badly by taking up 4 hours of her time. If you plan on being there anyway, bring a camera and take some shots of the different locations and see what would best suit your needs and tastes. Have fun!!! :sunny:

I agree - if your talking about Illuminations dessert party - you can walk around Epcot and look at the areas yourself - we did this!!

When we went to look at the UK terraces it was set up for a wedding but the lady who had roped it off was kind enough to let us watch the illuminations from the bit right next to it once we mentioned we were thinking of have our DP there!
