Disney's site is very prone to errors. Try it on Safari.

On a side note, many hotel sites are seeing higher-than-usual traffic today due to the hurricane.

The disney website and app is horrible. there are constant issues. When I login to the app i see one thing, but when i login to the website i see something totally different (such as ADRs with 0 guests lol). Plus i see ADRs that have been cancelled. Seriously!
