Okay, I'm pretty sure I should know this answer but this dang Disney reservation people have me all twisted in circles. I figure I would come to the experts.
I had a premium site booked for our 8 nights in November. The new code came out yesterday so I called. She applied the AK9 and it dropped the price by like $300. Yahoo.
Okay, when something is too good to be true it usually is.
I pulled up the reservation this morning to confirm that all was right and of course it wasn't. She changed my premium site to a pop-up site. Not good for the 31' Class C. Called back this morning and got my premium back but no discount. Asked to speak to the manager because I was calling BS. I spent 90 minutes on the phone yesterday for them to screw up the reservation and another 30 minutes this morning to hear "too bad so sad they were all used up yesterday".
Anyway, the manager said she would give me a discount rate for a preferred but not a premium. Okay, DH can suffer and get the RV into the preferred site because it would save me approximately $200. He agreed. So I pull up the reservation on line and find out it says "Full Hook up with electric/water/swr/cable". I see a full hook up on the website but it doesn't include cable. I need cable for the week. DD will go crazy without her Disney shows. So I decided to call the campground to speak to them to see if its the same thing. She told me she would transfer me to reservations and wouldn't even take my question.
So I decided to turn to the experts. Is there a difference between the preferred and the full hook up as listed on my reservations? Anybody know? Thanks for any help!

I once had somone say I had a "mono maniacal need to print everything". As I was in the process of saving his *** due to my overzealousness I wasn't sure whether or not to take that as an insult. 
they constantly reconfirm that we have Preferred. But you're right, the confirmation from Disney shows full hookup.There probably isn't a "Preferred" category in the ressie system.
