Site Access issues... FYI from Pete

Hi Folks:

I know some people are experiencing issues accessing the site. Verisign (our DNS provider) had a denial of service attack earlier today that resulted in "major outages". They came back on line at 1pm, but some people may experience latent outages for as long as 12 hours. This is completely out of our hands, and Verisign is aware of the issues.
