sit down feel at counter places

Thank you for all the info everyone. I took the info everyone gave me and did a little research online and we think that EOS, CHH and WPE is what we are looking for, they dont have the food court/cafeteria feel to them and they seem to have great dining tables!

EOS an WGPE, YH are the only CS that feel like TS to me b/c I think about the quality of food too. CHH didnt impress me of course we all had shrimp or fish that was fried and just seemed like Capt D's food. While I like SS in Epcot it reminds me of the mall food court, nice selection but lacking in ambience.
Now there are several CS places I like just for the food, like CR, PB and Y&Y,PF that dont have a sit down feel but the food makes up for it
