I figured since I'm within the 6-month mark for my countdown, I should start a PTR. Eventhough the last PTRs havent gone so well.

The Players:
Me: I'm Jenn. I'm 27 years old. Orginally from NY, lived in Kissimee, FL for 7 wonderful months, and now live in Indiana, though for not much longer. I do plan on moving back down to Kissimmee with my boyfriend after he gets out of the military. My first trip to disney was when i was 2 years old. so of course i dont remember much of it, actually I dont remember any of it.. But in total I have been about 6 times I think. It might be more.. i know i went several times with I loved in Kissimmee. just cant remember how many times exactly. I gotta say were my nostaglic park is Magic Kingdom, with its a small world and Pirates of the Carribbean, but my fav overall is MGM/Hollywood studios. Favorite ride hands down is Rock N Roller Coaster. Fav old time ride would be of course its a small world..even though that song gets stuck in my head. Im happily in a relationship with a wonderful man. never been happier in my life. Me and him will be going to disney next year, for his first trip

Kayleigh(sis, sissy): my sister will be 25 on the 19th, she isnt really my sister. we are best friends. known each other for 10 years this year. but thats how close we are, like sisters. people even thought we were sisters in school, sometimes even twins. so we just started saying yeah we are sisters. She has two of the cutest boys> Keagan who will be 6 on the 23rd, and Little Benji who will two 2 in Sept. she went for her first trip to Disney with me in 2009. we flew down, she was scared of heights, flying, and rollercoasters(I shared the rollercoaster fear), but i helped her through the fears and she is fine with it now.we had such a great time, we didnt sleep maybe 2 hours a night. if that much..

Themes:

this trip we have two themes for our trip. our theme in 2009 was Kay's First trip, obvious reasons.
The Themes for this year's trip are: Sisters Take Disney Pt.2, and Celebrating 10 years of friendship. Obviously since we took disney by storm in 2009, this is our pt 2. to that. Next time we go it will be a group trip. Her, her fiancee, her boys, and me and my boyfriend.
Celebrating 10 years of friendship because we realized this is the 10th year we have been best friends. I figured this was a good thing. in all this time we have had one real fight where we didnt talk.. other than that..nothing.. obviously disagreements and i know we have gotten on each other nerves, but never gotten to a fight point except for that one time. she has met alot of my family, more than most of my friends, of all my friends here in Indiana. and we have been on several trips together, other than the disney in 2009, we went to my home in NY, to wischosion for my moms wedding.
Last Trip to Disney Together:
In august/Septemeber 2009, we took Kay's first trip to disney. And my first non-family trip. we flew down there. we loved the valet treatment we got when we landed in Orlando. we got to the resort, of course we stayed on site, what we are now callling our home resort, The Pop Century. we chilled in our room for a bit, a little jet-lagged, bags got there a couple hours after we did. SO nice not having to worry about them. we went to bed early, about 10-ish but woke up at like2 or 3 am.. so we got up and started exploring the resort a bit. we discovered that we could go swimming.. while no one else was there.. went back to our rooms put on our suits and swam a few hours them went back to bed say 4:30.. then was up by 6 and getting ready to catch the first bus to the parks:

normal day went like this:
6-ish: got up, took showers, got ready to go to the parks
7ish took bus to a park
1-ish went to a waterpark to cool for for a few hours
3or 4pm: went back to park or different park
6-ish : ate dinnfer
10-12ish: went back to resort
1-ish: went to bed
3ish: went for a swim
4:30ish: back to sleep
6am: up and getting ready again

that was just about everyday.. lol.. it was great..

Our Plans for this year:

We will be driving down there this time.we weighed our options with positives and negitives of driving vs flying. and driving won out. flying is getting too expensive. what with the bag fees, over the weight fees, plus all the limitians of what you can bring and how much you can bring.. much easier and less stressful..
Of course we will be staying at our Home Resort. we love it there so much. and the tie-dye cheesecake is to die for! staying there 9-10 days
we have the 7 day park hopper with water parks included tickets.
We will also be going to Universal Studios. of course we want to see the Harry potter world. i went last year, but i didnt even get through half of Universal and IOA. so this time i got 4 day park to park passes for us.. i so cant wait.. the only downfall so far to this trip is that test track will be down that will really suck.. but will still have fun. our other two favs will be open, rock n rollercoaster and soarin'. One thing we will be doing while we are down there, will be a first for both of us. We will be getting tattoos from the shop at Universal HArt & Huntington. we will wait till we are about to leave ovbiously.. dont want to get a sunburn over that.. lol.. gonna have to heavily sunscreen the part that we want the tattoos so it doesnt burn. I want an Ankh on the back of my neck. Sis wants something with her boys names on it, on her ankle i believe.
