I call every six month when the invoice comes. I don't have a credit card on file either. I always choose the cancel option. I tell the representative that it is worth $25 for six months to us and if they can't offer that price, we will cancel. I'm always polite. They always give it to us, but they do charge the $2 for the paper invoice. I think you have to be willing to cancel, which we very much are if they don't give us the $25 rate. It's just not that important to us. I have heard lots of people say that they cancelled and were offered the low rate about a month later.
