OK, Last Saturday I broke down and bought a Satellite radio. I went with the Sirius because I like football more than Nascar (Nascar on the radio is just wrong...) At any rate, I got it to my office and tried to use it. I can't get a signal in most of the place. I do however get the "Included" internet feed (which I can't use while others are there becaus of bandwidth limitations)
XM makes you buy a second radio and hook it to your computer ($6 a month), but several people in my office have XM and it works great.
The people in the store tell me that in my car the Sirius will work fine, they sold a bunch and don't have any problems...yada yada...
Tomorrow I am scheduled to get the car kit installed. Should I exchange the radio for an XM? it is more expensive and the sales clerk did a good job of explaining to me why I would like the sirius better; better traffic reports in my area, and the better sports....
I am in a quandry... I am fairly sure I will keep the sirius, but I want my friends and technical experts on the Dis's opinion.....
Thanks for your input....
