I've got one, and I'm still on the antibiotics from one last week. (Obviously it didn't go away....) A new cold hit and went straight for those sinuses....
I used to suffer multiple SI's a year until my doctor sent me for allergy tests. Apparently I'm allergic to, well, everything, and that was the cause of all my infections (all the congestion wasn't allowing my sinuses to drain). Now I go for allergy shots and get maybe 1 infection a year. Just a thought for you all because I know how terrible it is
I've just got over one. Usually hits around Thanksgiving which is a royal pain. I did find that using Nasacort AQ has made a big difference. I havent had nearly as many since I started using that.
For some reason this time I don't feel totally miserable with it. Maybe I started the antibiotics on time, I usually wait to see if I get over it and I never do.
I don't have an infection (yet), but golly gee my sinus tracts have been killing me for a week. The last two days have been the worse, I seem to have a perpetual headache.
