Okay, so I have constant problems breathing through my nose, have had since I was a child. I was a Mouth Breather till my 1st grade physical where I heard the Dr. state I didn't breath through my nose. What?? Is that what that thing is for?? I tried it but nope nothing!
In College a friend's Dad who was a Chiropractor showed me a way to help me. First remove my glasses, then really really softly start just above the nasal openings in the dip as your nose narrows, use the tips of fingers and lightly move in small circles, don't push hard or this will give you a bloody nose, now move the circles slowly up to the top of your nose. then lightly rub with your finger tips with a quick sweeping motion from the top of your nose down under your eyes (sort of along the bottom of your eye socket). Then put your finger tips together, in a V shape, over your nose. Rub downwards ONLY (not upwards) sweeping under the eyes (almost the same motion you'd use to rub the sleepy dust out of your eyes, but along your nose instead) then start over and do this 3 to 5 times, then put your finger tips together, in the V shape again, putting the second knuckle of your first fingers between your eyebrows so your hands are over the nose. now rub up and down all across your eyebrow (starting by your nose and working to the outside corners of your eyes), then if you aren't clear do small little light circles across your eyebrows (starting by your nose and working to the outside corners of your eyes). Then if none of this helps it is time to go to the Dr!!
