Singles Trip to WDW in 2009 !!

I think I can swing this ~ it depends on the dates though.

I am 39 ~ will be 40 by the time 2009 rolls around

I live in Ontario about an hour west of Niagara Falls ~ separated with DS11 and DD9 ~ both Disney fanatics ~ I have created two monsters

I would want my own room in a value room for about 3 days....

Can't wait to see what is decided.

I am about 1 hour east of you because I am 2 hours east of Niagara Falls !! This little trip was a brain storm of mine and as you can tell we are all contibuting to this !!!! As you can probably tell, it looks like our travel date is going to be the last weekend in October 2009. It won't be official until the 10th, though. Over the weekend I would really appreciate it if you would all seriously think about which backstage areas/tours you would be interested in participating in. Think of all the things you would want to see for the first time (because your kids aren't with you ) or just that you want to revisit. Tours like Keys To The Kingdom, etc - that kind of thing, in any and or all the parks. Check out the Magical/Grand Gatherings possibilities too ! If we have the numbers, we can do those too !!! Keep in mind --- you don't have to do any of these activities if you don't want. More experiences are available to large groups booking all at once. If you could email me privately then I will comprise another poll early next week and we can get these ideas planned out. We still have more than a year, so after we decide on basic activities, we can move onto dining. (I am sure changes will be made along the way, too !!)

My ex and I have joint custody and have the kids every Friday-Friday so it depends if it is my week with them or not. I could never change it and then tell them I am going to WDW without them! Well I guess they don't need to know where I'm going.

Why don't I believe you !!! I think I am going to get my first one this coming trip in December. Then I can use it on the Singles Trip in Oct and my Nov. 2009 vacation with my kids. I may even check into DVC !!! This addiction is taking over !!!! My kids are ready to have me committed but won't because no one else will take them to WDW !!! Guess they will have to suffer !!!!!!

I think you can do it and NOT tell them.. LOL many have done that, others tell them they are going... you deserve time there alone just like anyone else!

LMAO I didnt say that I wasnt getting an AP anymore.. I quoted Antss!!! Granted my AP is expired right now, and I thought why lose this month with me being in Germany?? So I will renew after I return home on my first trip back down to the World.

I don't want to hear any nonsense about anyone not renewing their annual pass !! I need as many reasons as possible to make mini trips to The World as I possibly can !!!! THE MORE THE MERRIER and that is a good thing in WDW !!!

LMAO I will be renewing it shortly after I get back home. Even though it will be really hot, am sure I will go down there in July Just wasnt going to lose a month on this one as I did last one... well, lost 3 months use because of school.... but got more than my moneys worth out of. I always do.

Is always nice to get one of those "fixes" we used to have a Disney info center where I live where you could stop and get tickets or make ressies... that would help for a real quick fix.

Am having a good time.. have to get the things moved to other suitcase for the flight tomorrow. Probably take run out to the store for something that were forgotten. Our arrival time to meet got bumped up too.
