single traveler looking to split room

yess, i know this is a big risk - i'm looking to go the thursday before labor day and come back labor day monday - stay at the wilderness lodge - price is $840 per person, a savings of about $600 if I did it just by myself.

me = 37 years old, male, live and work in washington dc - we don't have to hang out or even talk -

but i'm totally normal - i do a lot of volunteer work and love to travel -

i do have an issue - i might stand in line to take my picture with all the characters with the little kids so that might be embarrasing for you.

just don't take pictures of the kids w/characters - you can get arrested and your camera taken away.

No offense, but I think most people will be very reluctant to share with a stranger. I don't think I know anyone who would do this with anyone.

I think you may be better off trying to ask your family or neighbors or church members if you go or any clubs you belong to for a companion. They know you and it would be easier.
