Single supplements on cruise lines

I've done some research and see that more and more cruise lines will drop the single supplement altogether as the sail date approaches, just to fill cabins. Is Princess one of the cruise lines that does this? I cannot seem to find more info on it specific to Princess, as they have an itinerary next year that I am very interested in. I know that NCL caters to solo cruisers and you can sometimes get a killer solo deal closer to sail dates. But Princess has a Coastal California that fits perfectly into my schedule for next fall, but it would just be me, myself, and I going, so I need that single supplement gone! Thanks!
