Single rider lines

I know Indy can be hit and miss. Sometimes if the time is too high or too low then don't allow single rider. During times when there isn't any school, the single rider on this ride is ridiculous because huge groups will go through single rider though they are all together. It makes the wait longer for those of us that are actually single riders (also the same issue on RSR in DCA)

So far, SRL has worked out just fine for me. I prefer FP, however, there are times when single rider line works out better, if not best for me.

I wish more DL rides offered single rider. But they need to cut down on allowing the groups of people that walk up to get single rider passes. It's really irritating when I am actually a single rider, by myself, and there's a huge group in front of me with single rider passes that are all together. It throws off the balance and point of single rider lines.

How does it do that if they don't ride together? The point of single rider lines is to not send off vehicles with empty seats. They fill those seats. If they were just keeping the SR lane open for the relatively few solo travelers then that would be wasted space.

That is the only caveat for individual groups of people that attempt to ride en mass that storm the SRL, being there is no guarantee for riding together, because that is not the point of the ride. So in the end, one will be placed in whichever line the CM deems as practical.

Yeah when they have a huge line of single riders, sometimes they end up getting to ride together anyway because they need to shorten that line down. So the group thing does still suck

I have done the single riders at Radiator Springs Racers at DCA with my husband twice, once we got lucky and were asigned the same car, a sweet kady offered to move so we could sit together (I did not ask as I dont like to bother anyone) and the second we were in different ones, doesnt bother me at all.
