Yes, single rider lines are definitely there. I was there this weekend. The Hulk shares the single rider line with Universal Express. Down the way, the line breaks off to the single rider line.

score i will love that-really alot in the morning when lots of people are on the ride waiting 60 min i will be on in 10!!

The two lines are side-by-side as you approach the stairs and the back entrance to the ride. The on-site/express line, however, moves much quicker. I was in the express line by myself last week and noticed that the single rider line was about half as long, so I switched lines. Bad mistake! I watched my old line move in blocks of 10-15 at a time while the single rider line moved one-by-one.
