Single rider line at Rise

I don't necessarily mind that they offer this (though I am of the opinion that the pre-show elements are integral on this one), but I don't like that they take you in some backstage way. I think they should be more protective of that kind of view. If they cover that up so that the SR entrance is still "on show" (even if not highly themed), then I am okay with that. They have done this in other cases before, but I don't care for it.
I speculate (with 99% certainty!) that if the single rider line becomes official, they will not be taking people in the backstage way (or at least that route will be re-themed so it fits the ride overall). My guess is that they were testing to see how this impacts wait times, the flow of the ride, guest satisfaction both in the regular line and the SR line, and CM feedback. The way it was being tested was also way too heavy on CM-power — we were escorted from place to place by different people. That can’t be the final or only plan for single rider accommodations.

Hello! I'm going on a solo trip next month and I heard that they have been testing a single rider line at Rise of the Resistance. Does anyone know anything about this continuing on it was it just for this week?
I went back to Rise yesterday and asked a coordinator at the standby line. He confirmed they were only testing for the two weeks. No news on whether it’ll become an official line in the future.
