Single Rider Doesnt Want to Waste a FP

I will be going solo.... in EPCOT, Test track has a single rider line, correct? I will visit EPCOT twice on my vacation. Is there any reason for me to get a Test Track FP on one of those days or does getting a Soarin' FP both days make more sense? If there is a single rider line for Test Track, I am thinking that would be pretty much the same as a Fastpass, or no? I have not ever used a Single Rider line, so I am not sure if they still share with FP.

Yes there is a single rider for Test Track. I would get the Soarin fastpass. The only thing with single ride on Test Track is I don't believe you can customize a car if you care about that.

Yes, Test Track has a single rider line, and that's the only way I've ever ridden it; I would definitely get the FP for Soarin'. I don't know what you mean by sharing with FP, though. Do you mean share a line? I haven't been to WDW in 7 years, but as far as I can remember, FP and single rider are separate lines.

4. Single Rider at TT is a good choice. (You could ride more than once using Single Rider.
5. There are 3 separate lines. Standby, FP, and Single Rider.

An alternative is also to head to Test Track as soon as Epcot opens and just get in the
regular standby line. It will generally be very short at that time.

The only thing with single ride on Test Track is I don't believe you can customize a car if you care about that.

I'm not even sure that's still true, but if it is, if you do the "alternative" above,
you'd get the regular experience by entering the Standby line.

My DH and I used the single rider line all the time, and I was VERY impressed with how well it worked. At one point, we rode 3 times in a row, bypassing a 100 minute standby line each time... to walk straight to the front of the single rider line and board immediately. Even when we arrived to a queue of about 20 people, we were on board in less than 10 minutes. The team call forward single riders anytime standby guests arrive in groups other than 3 or 6. A couple arriving means 1 standby rider is called and a group of 4 means 2 are called. Lovely system

Did single rider at the end of January as I was solo as well and it was great. I will say though that it can still have a wait time, not as long as standy by though. My wait time was posted at 30 mins but was more like 20.

Echoing everyone else - yep, I've done single rider on TT a couple of times. I've had a little wait at least once, but not bad at all. I would use the FP+s for Soarin' and just use SR for TT.

We were a party of 4. each time we rode we had an extra person with us. Both times the single riders were together so they basically got to ride together just not next to eachother.

You can pick a car in the SR line but correct that there is no customization. I only do a FP for TT if my mom wants to ride it. She prefers to ride next to someone she knows. Every other time I either did SR or rode it at opening in the SB line.
