Woo Hoo! Only 9 days before we leave! 
Though earlier today I was not jumping up and down. I had to take my cat to the vet because he was not eating or drinking and was losing weight with alarming speed (he's 14) and the vet was sure it was renal failure. They wanted to keep him until Saturday to flush his kidneys with fluids then put him on a special diet and maybe have me continue under the skin fluid injections every other day! Ugh! I thought, how am I going to enjoy this Disney vacation that we've been planning since December! What am I going to do with my sick cat while we're gone? But WHEW!! His tests came back with great results--no kidney failure!! But he has a very severe bladder infection. They pumped him with fluids gave him an anitbiotic injection and sent him home!! 
Now I just have to find a neighbor who doesn't mind trying to give a cat a pill for a few days... 
But we can enjoy our vacation worry free!!!
