Singing elsa shiped from disney store

Jumped when I saw this available online. Keeping aside for christmas for dd5.

When I opened box to make sure it worked I waved in front of it and she didn't sing or light up. Is there maybe a switch that isn't on because it was shipped and I didn't just buy in the store? Anyone else order this from the disney store?

Don't have that doll, but do have singing Jasmine and Rapunzel dolls and both of them have a switch to turn them off.

is there a plastic tab that you need to pull out to activate her?

I haven't wanted to take her out of the box yet since she's for christmas. Wondering if I should just to make sure she works
