If the service is good I DO tip more then just what if included free on the plan...If you find not so great or sub par service don't leave anything--they ARE getting a tip through your plan.

Yes the tip is included but sometimes you may get a CM who goes out of their way. A bit extra doesn't hurt. The buffets I am torn because I get my own food anyway, but last year at Chef Mickey's we had a wonderful server and my DH gave her extra. There is no right or wrong way to handle this, it is just your preference.
