Since Comcast purchased Universal, do they provide services to the hotel?

I just realized that since Comcast purchased NBCUniversal, they owned a part of the theme park, and then bought the rest later that they didn't own, so now they own all of Universal Orlando (and Universal Hollywood, I believe).

I'm just curious if anyone knows which TV/internet/phone provider the on-site hotels and Universal/Islands of Adventure use.

I'm assuming that since Comcast owns it, they would provide the on-site hotels and parks with their own services.

The onsite resorts are not owned by Universal so they were not purchased in the Comcast deal and are not owned by Comcast today.

We have two main cable providers in Orlando...Brighthouse and Comcast. The cable provider to the resorts depends on who has the rites for that area of town. Brighthouse is the main provider in that area.

So when it says that the Comcast/NBC Universal transaction brings together theme parks, I guess they don't mean the hotels.

It looks like they own the two parks though. I also read an article that said they purchased the other half from Blackstone Group or something like that.

Anyway, I was just thinking that Comcast could save a ton of money if they put their own services there. Just a thought...

And I'm guessing the theme parks themselves are served by Brighthouse even though Comcast owns the theme parks. Strange, but I guess it all depends on contracts done between service providers and the city.

I am in the computer networking field and was just curious about who Universal uses, especially considering most of it was bought by Comcast.
