Simpsons opening question...

Alright we talked to 4 people at Universal 3 said yes and 1 said no so just curious if anyone here would have any input. We are buying the AP but wont be able to pick it up on Saturday. 3 CMs said yea no problem you can pick it up saturday morning at 8 to be able to get into the Simpsons preview. 1 said no its only for previus holders of the AP. Any opinions which might be right? Wondering if one who said no knows more then the other 3 but im hoping not. Big companys like this dont usually know everything but im hoping they are correct and we will be able to get our AP and get right in.

The "No" seems kind of odd. The object is to sell more AP's so why not encourage their purchase through events like this?
