"Simply Delicious", Cocoa Beach area

I have read some good reviews about this place and was wondering what kind of feedback I might see on here. We plan on staying overnight, in the area, before we board the cruise so this might be a good breakfast option for the four of us. Thoughts?

Get there early, especially with a party of four or more. It is super-small, fills up fast and larger tables are in short supply. If you don't get there early, you may find yourself waiting a while in what might be the world's smallest and most awkward restaurant waiting area. Or, worse, you'll be waiting outside in the heat and humidity with no place to sit.

That having been said, it is our go-to place for breakfast right before we head to the port. By far, one of the best dining recommendations Kevin has made on the podcast.

We've eaten at Simply Delicious after one of our cruises. Its a really, really good place for breakfast. As @squirk notes though, you will encounter a long wait unless you are there early.
