Simple Rental Car Questions

1) Is there a shuttle service from the cruise terminal to the Budget rental location? (I know they take you from their rental location to the terminal -- wondering about the other way.)

2) Do I need to make a special request to be picked up at the cruise terminal?

Yes they have the service going to/from the terminal. The porters will instruct you where to go to be picked up. When we left it was in the parking lot across the street under the white tent. Not sure if they are still doing it that way with the new drop-off area.

Yes there is shuttle service from the cruise terminal to budget. It is right out front, clearly marked on the sidewalk near the road. No, you do not need a shuttle reservation, just go to the designated area and wait for the shuttle. The morning the ship returns to port the budget shuttle starts making its rounds at 7:30am, so no problem there.

It is the new shuttle area, same side as DCL terminal building, right near road on sidewalk. Clearly marked, you can't miss it.

The porter took our bags right out to the curb for us & got them ready to go on the next shuttle. Very easy.
