Simple Question - do you book extra TnT and HK days with MS or the Resort?

Decided with the MIL coming down as well, we should book in some TnT and/or HK days in to keep things well in hand with the rest of the family.....

You arrange the extra cleaning services after you arrive at the resort.

I would suggest talking to the CM at check in and then calling Housekeeping when you get into your room to confirm/verify that they have the proper information.

Darn, I thought that might be the case so I need to keep MIL away from the check in desk when I get this surprise set up
