Is it considered an Epcot resort or a DTD resort?

When it opened, the groundskeepers' trucks said Disney Village Resort Area.

It is about the same distance to both EPCOT and DtD from OKW though.

The DVC Epcot resorts are walking distance to Epcot. The DVC DTD resorts are walking distance to DTD.

Disney considers SSR, OKW, and POR to be DTD resorts.

Epcot resorts are CBR, S&D, BWV/BWI, BCV/BC, and YC.

In the world of Disney, they have broken WDW into sections for internal purposes. Even with DME they arrange the buses into these same areas.
