the first glimpse of the castle when you walk out of the tunnel...

the knee weakening feeling you get as you are waiting in line for the TOT!!

Funnel cakes at Sleepy Hallow..

Sitting in the RRC car waiting for it to take off...

seeing a princess in the distance, and wondering if you are too old (28) to run up for a hug..

ok that's enough , you all get my point!

Walking the tunnels beneath Main Street - a world away from the hustle and bustle above

Dusk on Main Street right when the lights on the shops come on but not dark yet. Also, right before wishes, that moment when there is nothing but anticipation. Perfect.

I agree with so much that has already been said! My favorite though is my children's expressions and reactions to everything. I will also add:
-Staring Rolls cupcakes
-the smell of hot dogs from Casey's
-seeing the Castle lit up.
-Naming the countries as we ride past in IASW.
-Minnie's Bakery cookies.
-the first rush of wind at Soarin'
-My son with Piglet. My son lived in an orphanage in China until he came to us at 2.5 years old. He had a stuffed Piglet there. It's the one thing we knew he has loved since he was a baby. He loves to hug Piglet at the Crystal Palace.

The purple road signs on property.

I'm not sure if many people notice these, but since we drive seeing the purple direction signs means that we are finally in disney! For that week we are no longer part of the real world, just enjoying the magic

That's my dad's thing. Once he sees them he knows he's there

-Getting off the plane and seeing the "Welcome To Orlando" sign
-Leaving the airport and feeling the heat hit me
-Seeing the "Welcome To Walt Disney World" sign
-Driving under the gate for Magic Kingdom
-Taking the land tram and the spiel "Keep your hands, arms feet and legs inside the vehicle at all times and supervise your children" then hearing it in Spanish.

Looking at my DH once the plane takes off and seeing him smile-it's pure happiness on his face

The sigh of relief I have once we are checked in and I know I have so much to look forward to.

Seeing the giant masses of balloons bobbing around on main street.
