Simba's Club house and dining plan?

We plan on having our son stay at simba's club house at the AKL while we have an adult dinner on two nights of our stay. We are using the dining plan. I know that Simba's club house offers dinner, but can we use a meal credit for it?

The kids club dinners are included in the price of the Club and do not require payment

Thats true. Dinner is included, even if it wasnt you couldnt use the DDP there
