I finally got an answer from them and it's not good.
"And I am sorry, but we no longer
offer Disney Dollars due to them not being fullfilled promptly by the
supplier. Also, we will be reconstructing the redemption catalog due to poor
service by the contracted company. I deeply regret any problems and
annoyances you have encountered with our company"
Maybe if everyone e-mails them about it.
